What is the Lyric care operating system?
Lyric is a four-layer healthcare operating system. The engagement layer reaches members through the consumer app and Grace, the AI companion. The intelligence layer stratifies risk, surfaces care gaps, and predicts who needs what next. The care delivery layer runs Lyric's nationwide multi-specialty clinician network. The integration layer connects to eligibility, claims, EMRs, labs, and pharmacy. Together they replace fragmented point solutions with one accountable platform.
Is the Lyric platform API-first?
Yes. Every Lyric capability is exposed via REST and FHIR APIs and event webhooks. Partners can embed visits, member onboarding, eligibility checks, and Grace conversations into their own apps, or run Lyric fully white-labelled. Most deployments go live in 90 days or less.
Which EMRs and data sources does Lyric integrate with?
Out of the box, Lyric supports Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks via FHIR R4. Eligibility (834, real-time API), claims (X12 837, FHIR Claim), Quest, LabCorp, Surescripts, SAML 2.0/OIDC single sign-on, and Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery data shares are all supported.
How is the platform secured?
Lyric is HIPAA-aligned and SOC 2 Type II audited. All PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform supports SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC, role-based access control, full audit logging, and Business Associate Agreements with every covered customer.
Can the platform be white-labeled?
